2020 Summer program

Catalyst Ministry and their ministry partners are making lunches available for the children at Woodlawn Homes. Five individual lunches will be bagged together and available for pickup one day each week for the rest of the summer. To help maintain social distancing, times will be scheduled individually for each family for pickup.

WHEN: Pickup on the following dates after 3:30 pm

Wednesday 7/15
Tuesdays 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25

*Families will be individually scheduled for a pickup time of
after 3:30 pm

WHO: Resident children of Woodlawn Homes age 0-18 years old

WHAT: 5 days of lunches in a bag

REQUIREMENTS:

Complete Pre-registration
Download, print, sign and complete “CM & LMHA Waiver and Release” form. Bring on your first scheduled day of pickup.
