School Shoes family details

Catalyst Ministry is again sponsoring FREE school shoes along with transportation to and from a local store to select the shoes.

A couple from an area church will take you and your child(ren) to pick out a new pair of shoes for the new school year.

A parent or guardian needs to be present during the shoe selection.

Availability is limited this year and will be based on time of registration.
Logistics:
WHEN: September 21, 2024: Leaving Woodlawn between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.
WHO: Woodlawn Homes youths ages 3 – 18. A parent or guardian must accompany child(ren).
WHERE: Meet at the Woodlawn Community Center on Sanders Avenue at your schedule time.
SPONSORS: A couple from a local church.
Details:
  • Woodlawn parent or guardian fills out sign-up form on this page.
  • Woodlawn parent or guardian fills out and signs waiver form found below.
  • A Liability Waiver form is required to be completed and returned to Catalyst before your departure.
  • Catalyst Ministry will contact you with your exact time slot on Wednesday, September 18.
  • A parent or guardian must accompany all children.
  • Family will meet Catalyst Ministry representative and sponsor couple at Woodlawn Community Center at their scheduled time.
  • Family is taken to a local store where shoes within a specified price range are selected.
  • Sponsor couple and Woodlawn family return to the Woodlawn Community Center.
