School Shoes family details

Catalyst Ministry is again sponsoring FREE SCHOOL SHOES with transportation to and from a local store to purchase the shoes. 
 
A couple from an area church will to take you and your child(ren) to pick out a new pair of shoes for the upcoming school year. 

A parent or guardian needs to be present during the shoe selection. 
 
Availability is limited this year and will be based on time of registration.

Logistics:
WHEN: July 27, 2018: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
WHO: Woodlawn Homes youths ages 3 – 18. A parent or guardian must accompany child(ren).
WHERE: Pickup at Painesville Woodlawn Community Center on Sanders Ave.
SPONSORS: A couple from a local church.

Details:

• Woodlawn parent or guardian fills out sign-up form.
  
• A parent or guardian must accompany all children.
  
• Family will be picked up at the Woodlawn Community Center at arranged time.
  
• Family is taken to a local store where shoes within the specified price range are selected.
  
• Sponsor couple returns the family to Woodlawn Homes.
• Woodlawn families will provide car seats as needed.
