Coaching: Mission & Discipleship Training
Experienced practitioners of mission and discipleship within their local context, Catalyst Ministry Coaches are available to work with and support small groups and individuals within your leadership team. Utilizing a proven toolkit founded on the truth of scripture and personal experiences our coaches seek to empower and equip local leaders to impact their local communities and organizations.
Community Mission Immersion [CMI]
The Catalyst Ministry team will meet with a team (15-20 persons max) from your local church. These meetings will take place for 2 hours, once a week, for 6 weeks. The goal of CMI is to train your team in the process of Identifying and Cultivating a sustainable OUT activity for your congregation.
At the end of this 6 week journey:
Time Commitment: once a week for 2 hours for 6 weeks.

- You will have the early tools to help put Discipleship and Mission at the center of everything your church does.

Huddle Training
A certified Catalyst Ministry Coach will disciple up to 6 of your church leaders. This journey will occur on a weekly basis for one year giving you first hand exposure to our vehicle for discipleship and leadership development. During 60 minutes a week your team will receive tools, practices and skills for imitating the life and ministry of Jesus. These tools are Simple, Memorable and Reproducible, necessary elements of a Discipleship Movement.
At the end of this 1 year journey:
Time Commitment: 60 minutes weekly for 1 year.

A certified Catalyst Ministry Coach will disciple up to 6 of your church leaders. This journey will occur on a weekly basis for one year giving you first hand exposure to our vehicle for discipleship and leadership development. During 60 minutes a week your team will receive tools, practices and skills for imitating the life and ministry of Jesus. These tools are Simple, Memorable and Reproducible, necessary elements of a Discipleship Movement.
At the end of this 1 year journey:
- Your team will be leading Huddles of their own employing the 8:6:4 Principle.
- Your team will have the foundation laid to build a discipling culture within your congregation.
- Your team will have the foundation laid to launch and release Missional Communities.
Time Commitment: 60 minutes weekly for 1 year.

Developer Training
Developer is the next step beyond Huddle focused on deeper training and understanding of the strategic tools of Catalyst Ministry. Designed to support the further implementation and release of discipleship and mission within your context, a certified Catalyst Ministry Coach will connect with you and up to 5 other leaders via conference call twice a month for 1 year.
During this 1 year journey:
Time Commitment: 60 minutes, bi-weekly, for 1 year.

Developer is the next step beyond Huddle focused on deeper training and understanding of the strategic tools of Catalyst Ministry.
